The bank claims that the borrower pledges an additional real estate instead. The maximum amount of "Classical Advance Payment" loan is 150,000 US dollars, with a maturity of 20 years and a rate of 11.7% annually.
Taking into account the high demand for the mortgage loans without prepayment, Unibank also announces a special action within the framework of which apartments can be purchased in a newly built apartment building at the address: Yerevan, 14, Lvovyan, on privileged conditions. In particular, the prepayment is 0%, the interest rate is 9.5% annually, the term is up to 20 years.
