VivaCell-MTS announced about the acquisition of assets of the ADC ( "Armenian Datacom Company" CJSC) , through the open auction organized in accordance with "The law about bankruptcy" .
ADC's existing customers will continue use services with the same conditions and the continuity of services are guaranteed.
After completion of the asset acquisition process, VivaCell-MTS will increase the scope of services to ensure continuous quality improvement, the company reported.
