The anuual meeting of ARMECONOMBANK's shareholders will be held in June 23, at 12:00, in "Albert Hall" Hall (Yerevan, Nar-Dos 2). The Bank's press service informs that the registration of participants will start at 11: 30 - 12:00.
The list of shareholders entitled to attend the general meeting of the bank is formed according to the registry data of shareholders by May 17, 2017.

The "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC was registered on August 26, 1991. The Bank's shareholders are EBRD - 11.05%, Saribek Sukiasyan-25.98%, Khachatur Sukiasyan-14.38%, Robert Sukiasyan-14.97%, Eduard Sukiasyan-11.18%.
