On June 8, the nominal coupon bonds of "UNIBANK" company were listed on the NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA's secondary (Bbond) list, it already admitted to the targeted trade and repo transactions by that bonds.
This issue includes 25,000 pieces of nominal coupon bonds with nominal value of 10,000 AMD with 13.5% coupon rate and in a term of 24 months. The bonds (ISIN - AMUNIBB22ER6) will be traded by UNIBB2 exchange symbol.
"Unibank" was founded in October, 2001. "Unistream" system was Introduced in 2002. The main shareholder of the bank is "Ripatonso Holdings Ltd". Sice 2015, the bank has been an open joint stock company
