Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan had a private meeting with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in Astana.

Both sides underlined that the commodity turnover between Armenia and Russia is growing and there are positive trends in bilateral economic indicators. A number of issues on the agenda of the Armenian-Russian cooperation, including the terms of the visit of the head of the Russian executive body to Armenia were discussed at the meeting.

Karen Karapetyan is participating in the session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Astana.
