According to the data released by the National Statistical Service, in Armenia in January-June 2017 55 tablets were produced, which is 92.1% less than in the same period of 2016.

696 tablets were produced in the same period last year.

According to the National Statistical Service, in the first half of this year the production of computers decreased by 40.2%. If 465 computers were produced in January-June 2016, in January-June 2017 were produced only 278.

As to phones, in the first half of the year 330 mobile phones were produced in Armenia, as compared with 450 in the same period of 2016. Thus, the production of Armenian smartphones decreased by 26.7%.

Let us remind that the sale of Armenian phones (Armphones) started in June last year. Before that, phones were not produced in Armenia.
