ARMECONOMBANK improves terms of mortgage lending in Armenian drams. As the bank reported to Finagent.am, from now on, clients can receive a mortgage in Armenian drams at the amount of 60,000,000 AMD for purchasing a flat.

The Bank provides mortgage loans for up to 20 years, starting from 11% annual interest rate and starting from 10% advance payment, if there is a second pledged property.
