RA Minister of Economic Development and Investments Suren Karayan has received a prize for his personal contribution to the Eurasian Economic Integration within the framework of the "Authority" award held in Moscow on the occasion of the Financier's Day.

The organizers awarded the Minister with the following comment:

"Suren Karayan has been active in Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union.

Being the Deputy Minister of Finance, Suren Karayan coordinated a broad range of issues related to the integration of the Armenian financial market into the Euro-Asian Single Financial Market, as well as overseeing the integration of budget and tax policy.

Presently, with the participation of Suren Karayan, as the Minister of Economic Development and Investments, the problems of the integration of EEU countries into the economy, industry, finance, monetary and fiscal spheres are being successfully implemented, "the statement reads.
