The highest prices for apartments in the Yerevan real estate market are in the Kentron, Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative districts. The lowest prices are in Nubarashen.

According to the National Statistical Service, as of August 2017, the average market price of 1 sq m of flats in multi-apartment buildings in the Center amounted to 452.8 thousand AMD, remaining at the same level as last month. In Arabkir the figure was 342.5 thousand drams in July, while the price decline was registered in Qanaqer-Zeytun from 268.0 to 266.5 thousand drams.

At the same time, the average market price per square meter of apartments in multi-apartment buildings in Nubarashen made AMD 156,000.
