The highest prices for apartments in the Yerevan real estate market are in the Kentron, Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative districts. The lowest prices are in Nubarashen.

According to the National Statistical Service, as of September 2017, the average market price for 1 sq m of flats in multi-apartment buildings in the Center was 452.8 thousand AMD, remaining at the same level as in the previous two months. The index in Arabkir made 343.5 thousand drams, in Qanaqer-Zeytun - 267.4 thousand drams.

At the same time, the average market price per square meter of apartments in multi-apartment buildings in Nubarashen made AMD 156,000.
