On December 20, 2017, ARARATBANK OJSC's nominal coupon bonds have been listed and included in the Abond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia as well as from the moment of listing, targeted trade and repo transactions were allowed with these bonds.

This issue of the Company bonds includes 100,000 nominal, coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, 9.5% coupon rate and 24-month circulation term. Bonds (ISIN - AMARBKB2EGER5) will be circulated at the stock exchange under the abbreviation ARBKB2G.
