ARMECONOMBANK OJSC has successfully completed the placement of USD 5.75% annual coupon yield dollar and 12% annual coupon yield dram bonds.

As ARMECONOMBANK informs FINAGENT.am, the bonds circulation term is 27 months and coupon income is paid every 3 months.

The volume of issue is USD 2,000,000 and AMD 100,000,000 respectively.

Bonds will be repaid by 2019 December 29.

It is intended that the bonds will be displayed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia Stock Exchange and will have a market maker.
