In 2017, Unibank recorded high growth rates in all the main directions of its activity , increasing assets up to AMD 200 billion. The Bank's record index was achieved thanks to expanding the volumes of lending to the real sector of the population and the economy, as well as the efficiency of work and the portfolio diversification.

Unibank's loan portfolio in 2017 totaled AMD 127 billion, an increase of 13% compared with the previous year.

Unibank conducts a study of retail and non-demanding business loans by the ProtoCRM system developed by Protobys Laboratis. Automation of crediting process enables the Bank to more effectively assess client's creditworthiness, build customer profile based on its own statistical database and exclude the human factor when making a loan decision. In 2017, the system has developed more than 410,000 consumer lending applications. Retail loan portfolio exceeded AMD 66.8 billion, growth was 15%. The number of retail loans has increased by 26% over the reporting period, exceeding 255,000. The card direction has also grown dramatically. The number of credit cards has increased by 220% to 26,000. The recorded indices testify to the great demand for the services of Unibank. Today Unibank serves more than 360 000 customers.

In 2017, Unibank continued to actively develop the SME lending direction. The bank's business lending portfolio grew by 10% and made AMD 60 billion.

By 2020, we plan to secure 45% growth in retail lending and 35% corporate lending through the development of new technologies and services that maximize customer expectations.
