The former owner of "Troika Dialogue" Ruben Vardanyan and VAT payment system operator Global Blue will create a company in Russia which will deal with introduction of tax free system in Russia, according to their joint statement.

According to "Vedomosti", the Russian tax free system is expected to attract residents from payable countries such as tourists from Asia and Europe. Global Blue and Vardanyan's joint venture will receive the title "Global Blue Russia".

Let us remind you that the law on tax free application in Russia has already come into force.
