The State Revenue Committee has revealed cases of illegal activities within the framework of control measures. Particularly, recently, operative intelligence officers detected a Yerevan-Yeraskh highway without a state registration night club. During an operative-search activity in an area of about 80 square meters, besides the organizer of illegal activities, a resident of Yerevan, there were also 6 unregistered employees. On the basis of the acquired materials, the damage to the state is calculated by determining the issue of further proceedings.
With the measures undertaken, one more attempt to circumvent the tax field was revealed. "Surmalu" fair was prevented from selling various types of economic products, in particular, counterfeit detergent. By the way, on 168 packages there were labels of "Ariel" brand in Armenian, as well as labels belonging to different companies. The Taxstamp check showed that they are actually intended for other goods, the importing companies of which stated that they had never sold any brands to anyone. In the yard of a resident living on Shirak street in Yerevan, household goods were found worth 1.5 million drams, including washing powder of unknown extinction. According to a written statement of the citizen, he bought the detergent in Gegharkunik, as well as in Yerevan from different shops. In another case, at the Bagratashen customs checkpoint, officers of the operational intelligence and smuggling inspection found 21 kilograms of different types of medicines on the passenger compartment doors.
