The prize was awarded for implementation of "99.93% transfers without human intervention. This achievement shows that the winning organization managed to achieve a very high level of operational excellence in the field of money transfers".

According to the press service of the Bank, this prestigious award indicates that the services provided by the Bank comply with internationally accepted high quality standards. Transfers are processed exclusively automatically, without human intervention, which ensures the maximum speed to transfer the amount to the beneficiary.
