The Spanish National Commission for Market and Competition has imposed sanctions on four major banks in the kingdom of Pyrenees for an artificial agreement on prices, TASS quoted the committee's decision.
It is reported that the total fine makes 90 million euros. Santader , BBVA, CaixaBank and Sabadell are under sanctions. As noted in the commission, the banks came to an agreement before making a proposal to customers. Instead of following the laws of market competition, organizations have agreed on the price that a customer should pay.
