The average monthly salary in state and non-state sectors in Armenia in January 2018 has increased compared to the same period last year.

According to the National Statistical Service, in January, 2018 the average monthly nominal wage increased by 10.2% as compared to January 2017, making AMD 198,816.

7.1% growth was registered in the state sector, making 162 283 drams, and in the private sector by 11.3% making 241 363 drams.
