Russian "VTB" bank in Ukraine has suspended its cooperation with Visa payment system from February 21, 2018, Tristar.com.ua quotes the bank's press service.
"Clients using Visa payment cards will be shipped free of charge on MasterCard same-class payment cards," the statement reads.
