Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with EU High Representative for the Commonwealth of Independent States Frederick Mogherini in Brussels. The EU-Armenia relations, as well as the implementation of the Armenia-EU Integrated and Enhanced Partnership Agreement were discussed.

The parties have signed a document on the implementation of the EU-Armenia Partnership Priorities, which includes four main areas of cooperation: These are: institutions' empowerment and effective management, economic development and market opportunities, energy efficiency, environment and climate, as well as consolidation and contacts between people. It is also expected that the EU will allocate about 160 million euros to Armenia by 2020.
