US dollar coupon bonds of "Armbusinessbank" CJSC have been listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia's secondary list of (Bbond) bonds as well as from the moment of listing trading and repo transactions were allowed.

According to the stock exchange's press release, this issuance of the company's bonds includes 51,000 nominal coupon bonds with a nominal value of USD 100 coupon rate of 8% and 48-month circulation term. Bonds (ISIN - AMARBBB25ER7) will be circulated on the stock exchange under ARBBB5 exchange abbreviation.
