ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK launches USSD service through which the cardholders of the bank can now carry out their mobile phones:

- receipt of extracts from the last 4 transactions;

- card emergency blocking requests

- card balance check;

The service is currently available for subscribers of Beeline and VivaCell-MTS mobile operators. Up to 5 cards can be attached to each phone number (all customer's cards are considered issued by the member banks of the Armenian Card system).

You can activate the USSD service by calling the ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE Bank card service round-the-clock service center 010 31 99 99 or 010 31 88 99 or by visiting the bank branch and completing the relevant application.

In order to use the service, you need to dial * 116 # on the mobile phone and follow the directions offered by the USSD menu. After sending a request, the subscriber will be sent an SMS message with the requested information or confirmation of the requested action (in case of an emergency card blocking).

When using this service, there is a charge of 10 drams for each received SMS, and no fee is charged by the cellular phone operator.
