The loss of Rosgosstrakh insurance company in 2017 amounted to 55.6 billion rubles (the loss in 2016 amounted to 30.15 billion rubles), according to the Russian accounting standards, 1Prime.ru reports.

The company's assets have grown by 9.6 % to 143.2 billion rubles, liabilities have dropped by 26.4 % to 105.8 billion rubles.

Meanwhile, the duties and fees fell by 29.4 % to 92.7 billion rubles, and payments by 34.5% to 81.9 billion rubles.

The loss of investment activity amounted to 21.6 billion rubles.

The capital of Rosgosstrakh has equaled to 37.4 billion rubles.
