Ijevan SOS Children's Villages Foundation will have "green" sources of solar energy within the framework of the joint project implemented by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK, the bank's press service reported.

The installation of 14 solar water heaters with a capacity of 500 liters has already begun in the territory of "SOS Children's Villages" foundation.

According to the report, as a result of the use of alternative energy sources, the SOS children's village in Ijevan will not only reduce costs for water heating by 100%, but will also significantly reduce the release of carbon dioxide emissions into the environment.

The program is implemented through funds raised by VISA Beneficiary cards issued by ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK and the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.
