On May 1, deputies representing various political forces discussed the issue of confirming the candidacy of the head of the "Exit" faction, the leader of the "My Step" movement Nikol Pashinyan to the post of prime minister.

The MPs denied Nikol Pashinyan's nomination for the post of prime minister in the ratio of 45 to 55 votes.

Let us mention that the Tsarukyan faction stated that they voted for Pashinyan's candidacy and the Republican faction against the approval of Nikol Pashinyan's candidacy for the prime minister.
