Inecobank CJSC announces a new change in the share capital of the bank, as a result of which the Dutch agRIF Coopeartief UA, which is coordinated by Incofin Investment Management financial institution, acquires shares of Inecobank belonging to International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Deutsche Investitions und Entwicklungsgesellschaft (DEG).

According to the deal concluded between the aforementioned companies, 10% (10.0104%) of shares of Inecobank are transferred to agRIF Coopeartief.

The participation of a financial organization agRIF Coopeartief U.A. in Inecobank's capital will strengthen the position of the organization in the region, will enable new partnerships with international organizations to strengthen its leading positions in the South Caucasus banking system.

Inecobank expresses its gratitude to IFC and DEG organizations for their continued cooperation for the last ten years, trust and development of the bank.
