In case of import or export of any product to a physical or legal person, a sole proprietor, there are no subjective impediments to artificial administration by RA customs bodies. The press service of the RA SRC informed.
Deputy Head of the SRC Customs Control Department Mher Martirosyan emphasized that, owing equal rights, citizens are obliged to comply with the procedure established by the international agreements of the Republic of Armenia, the international treaties of the European Union and the national legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
In particular, according to Mher Martirosyan, the customs declaration of goods and means of transport transported through the customs border is an important component of that order. That is, submitting documents on goods, vehicles to the customs authorities, passengers' declarations and information included in them, in the cases and in the manner prescribed by the relevant legal acts.
The other component refers to the use of tariff control over commodities. That is, the payment of customs duties, value added, excise, road, environmental taxes, state fees, and customs fees in the cases, amounts and procedures envisaged by relevant legal acts.
The source notes that the use of barriers and / or restrictions established by RA international agreements on goods transported by customs border, other acts of the EEU and / or national legislation of Armenia is one of the main components.
