RA Minister of Agriculture Artur Khachatryan received President of the "Thermal houses Association" Agricultural NGO Artavazd Khachatryan, Director Poghos Gevorgyan, deputy chairman of the branch republican union of Armenian Agro-Industrial System, Tiruhi Nazaretyan. According to the information and public relations department of the RA Ministry of Agriculture, the meeting was aimed at discussing issues raised by small and medium greenhouses and discussing their competitiveness and development proposals.

The Minister of Agriculture informed the attendees that a new leasing program has been elaborated, and beneficiaries will soon be able to set up greenhouses and invest in modern equipment at affordable leasing rates of only 4% per annum. The program is scheduled to begin in June-July after the Government has approved.
