Unibank participated in the Rest-Hotel Expo 2018 exhibition, which presented SME loan products for small and medium-sized enterprises in the hotel and restaurant industry.
The Bank's report notes that special-purpose loans are based on the seasonal nature and peculiarities of business, enabling SMEs to receive financially with more favorable terms.
Due to this approach, the total number of loans provided to SMEs by the results of the first quarter of 2018 exceeded the same index of the previous year by 50%.
Within the framework of cooperation with the European Investment Bank, Unibank offers business loans for up to 90 months maturity and 10.5% annual interest rate.
In order to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprises, Unibank offers an "Energy Efficient" loan, in cooperation with German KfW Bank, for energy efficiency reduction and optimization. Loan term is up to 5 years, amount- up to AMD 500 million.
"To small businesses the bank offers loans without collateral, with simplified delivery procedure, without the notary and insurance expenses. Beneficial terms, flexible repayment schedules and early repayment options increase access to credit for a large number of entrepreneurs. The process of investigation of the loans without collateral is automated in the bank and is implemented through the CRM system of "Protobase Laboratories" company, "the message reads.
Taking into account the peculiarities of the hotel and restaurant business, Unibank can also establish a "Visa Business" card for renewable credit for making operative payments anywhere in the world.
