On June 6 NKR State Minister Arayik Harutyunyan submitted his resignation to President Bako Sahakyan.
The information and public relations department of the Artsakh State Minister's Office informs about this.
"According to the requirements of Article 93 (4) of the Constitution of the Artsakh Republic, I ask you to dismiss me from the office of the Artsakh Republic Minister of State," says Arayik Harutyunyan's application.
Harutyunyan also informed that his application grounds will be presented at a press conference.
