Passenger flow in Armenia's two airports made 955,476 people in January-May 2018, increased by 9.2 % as compared to the same month last year.

Passenger flow in two airports of Armenia in May made 217,615 people, exceeding the same month of 2017 by 5.4%. In May 2018 passenger traffic at Yerevan's Zvartnots Airport amounted to 202,290 people, exceeding the previous year's figure by 2.1%, reports the Press Service of the General Department of Civil Aviation.

In January-May 2018 5.7% increase in passenger flow was registered at "Zvartnots" airport compared to the same months of 2017. Freight transportation at Zvartnots airport in January-May of 2018 made 6540 tons of goods. In the same month of last year it was 9341 tons of goods.

In May 2018 the flow of passengers at Gyumri's Shirak airport totaled 15,325 people. In the same month of 2017 the passenger flow was 8240. Passenger flow at "Shirak" airport in January-May of 2018 made 59 350 people, making 27 429 people in the same period last year.

In January-May 2018 Zvartnots and Shirak airports also recorded an increase of 11.5% compared to the same month of the previous year.
