At the initiative of the State Revenue Committee, a regular meeting with representatives of major commercial networks took place. In particular, the issues of operating under the name of private entrepreneurs and the ways of their regulation were discussed.
"As a result of the analysis, there are clear data that besides agricultural products, other products have also been sold. The SRC has urged them to make short-term adjustments to non-agricultural products and reflect them in the value-added tax field generated from sales turnover. And the economic entities will be informed of the final position on agricultural products after the NSS measures are over.
Today, the issue concerns exclusively those products which are not agricultural, "said SRC First Deputy Chairman Rafik Mashadyan, adding that otherwise administrative measures provided by law will be implemented. In this case, besides the main amount and fines, there will also be imposed penalties.
SRC once again reminded economic entities to carry out activities exclusively within the law, strictly adhere to CCM exploitation rules. "We will be consistent and achieve continuous actions by ensuring that all transactions in the economy are fully documented," the First Deputy Chairman of the SRC underscored.
In the course of the meeting, the businessmen voiced a number of questions regarding the new situation and new solutions and received exhaustive answers on the spot. The State Revenue Committee continues dialogue with business in the direction of solving sectoral issues.
