Within the framework of the state leasing program for agricultural machinery, agricultural equipment was provided to 115 lysers (beneficiaries), which provided 245 units of agricultural machinery, including 103 units of tractors, 2 units of combines and 140 units of other agricultural machinery. This is reported by the Ministry of Agriculture.

Only in the 5 months of 2018 agricultural equipment was provided to 47 beneficiaries, which were provided 81 units of agricultural machinery, including 35 units of tractors and 46 units of other agricultural machinery.

A memorandum was signed between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia, Rural Areas Economic development State Office and the financial institutions involved in the program.

The terms of state support for leasing of agricultural machinery are as follows: 20% prepayment, up to 9% annual interest rate, 7% of which is subsidized, 10 years for combine harvesters, 6 years for tractors, 3 - 6 years for row planters and for other agricultural machinery - 3 years. The leasing process is carried out monthly, with the principle of equal payment of the principal amount, the lease interest rate is calculated on the basis of the principal amount, at the request of the lender, banks and credit organizations may set up periods of cessation of payments for up to 6 months.

Within the framework of the Leasing State Assistance Program, businessmen are provided with tractors, combines, collectors-presses, tractor planters, plows, grass-plows, potato-diggers, cultivators, milling cutters, sprinklers and other agricultural machinery.
