
The World Bank is ready to support the implementation of the Armenian government's programs. The World Bank Regional Director for the South Caucasus Mery Tеmbon stated at a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The Prime Minister attached importance to the active and productive cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the World Bank and expressed hope that the positive changes taking place in our country will enable to implement new programs in bilateral cooperation. Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the government's priorities and reforms in various spheres aimed at fighting corruption, monopoly, economic development, improving the business environment and so on. The head of the government underlined that the Armenian government is interested in expanding cooperation with WB in these directions.
