ArdshinBank reduced interest rates on refinanced mortgage loans by the National Mortgage Company.

According to new terms, Ardshinbank offers real estate purchase loan in AMD, starting at 7.95% annual interest rate.

Also, interest rates for renovation and construction of residential real estate have also been reduced. At the same time, the Bank offers the most affordable interest rates if the property acquired, constructed or repaired is out of Yerevan or is energy efficient. Moreover, these mortgages can be provided for a maximum of 35 years.
