The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia has put into circulation the "Armenian carpet" series "Vishapagorg", "Arevagorg", "Artsvagorg", "Khoranagorg", "Khachkhoran", "Meghvabun" “Kenats tsar", “Vahanakir”, "Vorotan"," Proshaberd" carpets silver commemorative coins.

According to the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia, on the front of the coins there is a coat of arms of Armenia and an ornament of a flower-cross carpet (15th century, Vaspurakan).

On the back of the commemorative coins are depicted the “Vishapagorg” (17th century, Artsakh), ‘Arevagorg” (18-19th centuries, Artsakh), “Jraberd artsvagorg” (end of the 19th century, Artsakh), “Khoranagorg” (19th century, Shirak), “Khachkhoran” (19th century Syunik), “Meghvabun” (end of the 19th century, Artsakh), “Kenats tsar” (end of 19th century, Artsakh), “Vahanakir” (19th century, Tavush), “Vorotan” (19th century, Syunik) and “Proshaberd” carpets (late 19th century, Vayots Dzor).
