Hakob Arshakyan was appointed Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies. The President of Armenia Armen Sargsyan signed the decree.

The decree was signed on the basis of the Prime Minister's proposal in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Article 5 § 1 of the RA Law on "Governmental Structure and Activities", reported the Press Service of the President.
