As of October 1, 2018, the client base of the banking system of Armenia consisted of 2 596 633 individuals and 84 186 legal entities.

According to the Central Bank of Armenia, 2 680 819 customers have 5 029 065 accounts in Armenian banks, including 4 851 359 accounts belonged to individuals, and 177 706 accounts to legal entities.

According to the source, the client base of Armenian banks increased over the year by 9.7% or 236 880 clients (against a 1% decline last year).

During the reporting period, the clients' accounts for the year increased by 3.4% (against a 1% reduction last year).
