
The average market value of residential buildings in Yerevan in the third quarter of 2018 increased by 2.3% and amounted to 287.8 thousand drams per square meter.
According to the State Real Estate Cadastre Committee of Armenia, the highest prices for apartments in Yerevan are traditionally supported in Kentron District - 543.9 thousand drams / square meter - with a quarterly increase of 5.1%.
The second place is occupied by Arabkir, where the price of apartments is set at 374.9 thousand drams per square meter, the quarterly increase was 2.9%.
Davitashen entered the top three with 291.2 thousand drams / sq. m, a quarterly increase of 2.6%.
The lowest prices for apartments in the capital are preserved in Nubarashen district, where the average cost per square meter of housing is 167.4 thousand drams, with a quarterly increase of 1%.
