Tax reform suggests that corporations registered in the United States will return their income in abroad at 35% due to 20% tax deductions. Under current conditions, Apple has to pay $ 78.6 billion, after the adoption of the bill the company will pay $ 31.4 billion to the US budget.

The newspaper notes that Apple, like many other American companies, prefers to keep its income abroad in order not to pay 35% of its value. According to the Moody's rating agency, which reports the periodical, Apple has a fortune of $ 252 billion, about one-fifth of all US foreign-owned assets.

The US Senate approved the tax reform on December 2.
