Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase have announced a ban on buying crypto money through their bank plastic cards. Bloomberg reports.

JPMorgan has set the ban this week. According to the company's press secretary Mary Jane Rogers, the bank reduces credit risks.

Bank of America has begun rejecting such a deal since February 2. As Betty Rices, spokeswoman for the company, said the innovation concerns all of their bank cards, except debit cards.

Citigroup has also announced Friday that it intends to stop buying crypto currencies by its cards.
