The German Ministry of Finance has signed a decree, recognizing bitcoin as a legal crypto currency. According to the document, the purchase of bitcoin will not officially be taxed. This is reported by Cointelegraph.

Germany now considers bitcoin to be an official currency. Crypto currencies become part of the legal currencies, as they are used by the transaction participants as a contractual and immediate alternative.
