The Hungarian OTP Group's Touch Bank project, which is specialized on customer service, added 25% loss last year up to 1.6 billion rubles, states the report of the group.

Touch Bank was established in 2015, it is based on the Russian OTP Bank license. Touch Bank suffers losses for the third consecutive year. For the launch of the new project, OTP Group has allocated € 40 million. In 2015 the group expected that the program will return the spent money in 3.5-4 years.
