Canadian company selling BlackBerry smartphones has sued Facebook corporation. The latter is accused of violating intellectual property rights.

The Canadian side assures that social network management has grabbed BlackBerry's innovations, as licensed tools have been used to improve Instagram and WhatsApp services, connected with security, user's interface, and battery life. Facebook denies accusations and promises to respond harshly to demands of the Canadian company.
