More than 500 doctors and 150 students of medical faculties in Canada have published an open letter against the raise of salaries, Izvestia reports.

They believe that such a growth is inappropriate against the low salaries of nurses and the difficulty of access to necessary medical services among patients.

The authors of the document propose not to raise their salaries and to transfer all the saved money to the health care system to support the residents in the regions.
