President of China People's Bank Chzhou Siaochuan has left his post after having occupied it for 15 years, reports RIA Novosti.

That decision was made at the 7th plenary session of the Chinese National Assembly.

The new head of the Central Bank of the People's Republic of China has become the former deputy governor of Siaochuan- I Gan.

It is noted that the candidature of I Ghana was put forward by President of the State Council Li Ketsyan.
