Becar Group will create a housing complex in Dubai. It will be built with a total area of 17.2 thousand square meters. The project will cost $ 30 million, the group says.

The residential complex will be located in the International Media Production Zone district, with a total area of 0.6 hectares on three platforms.

The area was bought one and a half years ago for $ 7.5 million.
