Foxconn, a company dealing with iPhone assembly, has acquired the manufacturer of Belkin chargers. The transaction has been estimated at $ 866 million, TechCrunch reports.
Belkin is known as a supplier of chargers, cables and other gadgets accessories.
Belkin CEO Chet Pipkin will remain in the position of the company's head and may also be included in the Foxconn board of directors.
