The "Bad Debt Bank" will be established on the basis of "Trust", the Central Bank of Russia has made such a decision, Kommersant reports citing several sources.

According to the magazine, the infrastructure will be headed by a board member of "FK Otkrytie", former Top Manager of MDM Bank Yuri Adamovich.

This week "FK Otkrytie" has sent the Central Bank the final bids for the "bad debts" bank, the newspaper writes. The balance sheet of this structure will include reorganized banks: "FK Otkrytie", "Binbank" and possibly "Promsvyazbank".
