African Development Bank has decided to provide a $ 100 million loan to Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals, which plans to build a new plant for ammonia and carbamide in Nigeria and Port Harkord.

The capacity of the enterprise will be 2300 tons of ammonia and 4 thousand tons of carbamide per day.

Construction of the plant is estimated at $ 1.1 billion. One billion dollars will be deducted from debt financing.
